All DataD subscriptions are stored at Stripe, none are stored here at DataD. Each subscription comes with a set of server keys that start with a 'S-' along with your subscription license 'L-' you use to register and activate your plugin.

In order for your plugin to work you need to register one of your server keys here at DataD, after the plugin is installed. Once you enter the keys into your plugin this will make the plugin operational. When you cancel your subscription the subscription license and server keys are all automatically revoked.

Simply install, and activate your plugin, then enter the required information into plugin settings paged, and then come here to DataD to register your server. The registration is stored at Stripe, and updated everytime you register or unregister a plugin.

Registering a Server Key activates the plugin on the server you wish to run the plugin. Unregistering a server returns that key back to your inventory of keys, now usable on a different server as long as your subscription is valid. Send My Keys will send the list of your Server Keys to the subscription-email used to purchase the license. When you no longer want the server to be registered, simply unregister it, and re-register it on your new server.

Cancelling your subscription will automatically disable the plugin until it is re-enabled with a new subscription. Cancelling the subscription simply disables but does not deactivate the plugin.

Note: If you need new Server Keys generated, contact us at support@datad.com with the email address used to purchase the license and we will generate new Server Keys for your active subscription license.
